Something for Everyone
Dear Fellow Bethesdans,

Words cannot express the excitement, joy and hope in my heart as we begin a new era in our church history. The faithfulness and goodness of our Lord Jesus Christ has been the hallmark of our history and will continue to be the foundation for our future. I am confident that working together we can accomplish all the Lord places before us.

Moses continually admonished the children of Israel to remember how they had been delivered out of the land of the Egyptians by an Almighty God. He understood the importance of knowing your “history” as a basis for building a present and future faith. This week we have rehearsed the history of Bethesda and have marveled at the amazing way in which the Lord has worked all things together for our good.

Our future will be secure if our foundation continues to be the Word of God. As the Holy Spirit teaches us the truths found in the Bible, we dedicate ourselves to preaching them to each successive generation. We accept this responsibility so that when the Lord returns he will find Bethesda continuing its God-given mission, and say in response, “Well done, good and faithful servants.”

God bless us all,
Analee Dunn
