How to get married at Bethesda:
  • Take our Catechism I class. This class is offered 3 times each year (summer, fall and winter).
  • Attend the "Growing Together" pre-marital counseling class which prepares couples for your marriage and life. There is a $35 testing fee for this class. "Growing Together" is offered two times per year (starts September and March on Sundays). Registration
    is necessary for this class. To register, complete this registration form, and return it to the Church Office.
  • After you have registered for the "Growing Together" class, complete the following forms: Application for Marriage,
    the Family History forms and the Additional Marriage Information form (if you have previously been married), return them to the Church Office.
  • Once you and your fiancé(e) have completed the necessary forms, you will be contacted by Tim Helland, Director of Care & Family Ministries, to set up a meeting with our Pastors and schedule your wedding date.

Couples getting married at Bethesda are welcome to use the chapel and our Crystal Dining Room facilities. To schedule these facilities or for more information on the dimensions and setup, fill out the Events Scheduling Form, available only at the Church Office.
Please note: You must meet with Tim Helland, Director of Care & Family Ministries to set up a meeting with the Pastors BEFORE you can reserve the use of the Chapel and Crystal Dining Rooms.
