NEW CLASS: GOD'S SOVEREIGNTY AND HIS PURPOSES IN THE CHURCH
This class takes a look at God’s sovereignty, which means “He is superior, unequaled and self-contained. He rules over all kingdoms on earth and has power to do anything He desires, anytime He wants to act and for any purpose.” From eternity past, God’s motivation and ultimate goal has always been to have a family with whom to share His glory and dominion. This high calling of partnership requires great change, preparation and training. Maturity would not come through success, talent, nor personality, but through life’s joyous, loving and bitter experiences. God’s “New Creation” must grow up, resemble Him in character and live as conquerors.

ONE-DAY SEMINAR: 1ST CENTURY HERESIES, 21ST CENTURY BESTSELLERS
Teachings that seemed plausible and attractive to many 1st century Christians found them taking a detour from the truth taught by Jesus Christ. These same deceptions still attract Christians today. Learn what the founding fathers of Christianity branded as heretical teachings and how we can recognize modern-day forms of these same beliefs. 1st Century Heresies, 21st Century Bestsellers is a one-day Bible Institute seminar with Pastor Analee Dunn on Saturday, March 13, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. Cost: $87, plus book for students. $35, plus book for auditors. Optional lunch provided for $10 (sandwich, chips, fruit, drink).
Seminar book: "Heresies and How to Avoid Them," by Ben Quash & Michael Ward. Optional book: "Heresies: Heresy and Orthodoxy in the History of the Church" by Harold Brown.
