Womens Ministries
It is our desire at Bethesda for women to grow in the knowledge and
understanding of the Word of God and learn how to apply Biblical truths
to everyday life. Women’s Ministry provides an avenue for women to
nurture friendships, support, encourage and pray for one another and
share Christ with others outside the church.
A LADIES MORNING OUT
Our annual Women's breakfast is a huge hit, selling out quickly each year. It features a delicious full breakfast, inspiration musical worship and a special guest speaker who shares their personal touching testimony. Join us this year on April 28 from 9 a.m. - Noon. Tickets are only $10 and can be purchased at the church office. Credit card orders can be taken by phone. Reserve your seat, call (586) 264-2300.
MOPS BEGINNING IN FALL 2012
Mothers of Pre-Schoolers (MOPS) is an international organization focused on meeting the needs of every mom of a child from conception through kindergarten. MOPS is coming to Bethesda this fall. Contact Women's Ministry Director Rev. Julie Visger for more information.
"SISTERS" BREAST CANCER GROUP
The "Sisters" Breast Cancer Group meets on the 3rd Wednesday each month (except December) in Room 103 at 7 p.m. It offers support for women who have gone or are going through breast cancer.
HEART TO HEART (Women Mentoring Women)
Are you looking for someone to talk with, encourage you and relate to a specific area of your life? Call Rev. Julie Visger to arrange a mentoring session.
